After you've completed your order, you will recieve a confirmation to your e-mail address. In this confirmation, you will find all the information about chosen product, price, invoice- and delivery address. If you discover anything incorrect in your order confirmation, please contact us with the correct information as soon as possible.


Our ordinary international delivery time is 5-9 working days. Please note that orders made during weekends and holidays will be sent on the next regular working day. If there is any delay in the delivery of your order, without us informing you of it, please contact us for a quicker resolution of the issue.

All prices on our webshop are displayed including taxes and excluding shipping fees. We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our products without further notice as a result of printing errors, faulty information from suppliers and other, herein not mentioned reasons.

You have the right to return the product to us within 7 days after confirmed delivery. In order for the return to be accepted, the package of the product must be un-opened and the seal must not be broken. Shipping costs of the return are paid for by the customer. Since our headphones are inserted into the body, we are unable to accept regret-returns of the purchase after the seal on the package has been broken. This due to hygiene reasons.


We thoroughly quality check all products before they are dispatched to you. If the product is delivered to you damaged or non-working, we'll work with you to resolve the issue in the best possible way. It is always neccessary to contact us before you decide to return a product to us. The complaint is to be filed as soon as the fault is discovered.

How to make a complaint?
Send us a message with your personal information, your order number and a detailed description of the problem.

If we are unable to remotely solve the problem and we aren't able to repair or replace the product, we'll reimburse your purchase according to applicable consumer laws. We reseve the right to reject a complaint if closer inspection shows that the product is not faulty or that the problem is caused by issues not covered by quality or production guarantee.

Limitation of Responsibility

We do not accept any responsibility for issues that may arise by using our product nor for delays/errors caused by circumstances outside of our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances include but are not limited to workplace issues, fires, war, decisions by authorities, delayed supplier shipments and so forth. We do not accept any responsibility for changes on products or product features that have been made by manufacturers and/or suppliers outside of our control.

Product Informaion

We reserve for possible content errors on our website as well as the right to cancel orders due to errors in stock numbers. We don't guarantee that the pictures on our website are representative of the products exact appearance and color since some coloration differences can occur on pictures depending on screens, resolution, image quality etc. We will always do our best to expose a product as accurately as possible on our website.


When you shop Devoniq products, you'll always get a 1 year limited international warranty on your purchase. The warranty covers faults that may arise due of production- or quality issues. The warranty does not cover wear and tear damage, outer damage on the earphones components, damage that occurs because of incorrect usage, incorrect charging of the battery and other faults that are obviously not a result of production- and quality issues.

For handling of warranty cases, we reserve a time of up to 3 working weeks excluding shipping times.

According to privacy regulations, we are supposed to inform you, for integrity purposes, that cookies are used on our website. Through information in cookies, it is possible to follow certain web surfing behavior by users. Cookies are small text files that websites store on your computer in order to give it access to the platform.
